IGNITE Ministries was derived to be a ministry teaching tool to assist those in the community as well as faith-based counselors in achieving their educational as well as spiritual goals.
Areas of IGNITE include:
- We are available to assist local Kalamazoo communities in various crisis situations.
- ACS trainers provide supervision for Limited Licensed Counselors (LLCs) for individual and group sessions to meet the requirements for full state licensure.
- Our crisis team is available to provide psycho-educational talks and follow-up after crisis situations for teachers, staff and students at Southwest Michigan schools.
In Christian counseling settings, therapists are called to be on fire for God and minister as Christ ministered to His disciples. With this discipleship, IGNITE therapists will not only learn the state-mandated legal statutes required as a professional for licensing, but they will also be guided to minister in a compassionate, caring and professional manner. Our motto is to reach, teach, train and send effective practitioners to service individuals, families and groups.
